HummingBirds cakes with CreamCheese Icing

These are the result of our Humming birds cakes with variety style of cream cheese icing - pure cream cheese, strawberry and cheese icing and chocolate and cheese icing. The main ingredient for chocolate and cheese ganache icing are cream cheese and belgium chocolate. Humming birds cakes are made of banana and pineapple with bits of walnut and cinnamon to spice up the taste. These cakes are boxed and ready to go for Muiz's house warming party.

Hummingbirds for weekend treats

I'm baking the Hummingbird cupcakes today...getting ready for a house warming party tomorrow. It's a simple cake but the combination of both icing and cake makes it the best heavenly made cupcakes. Fruity inside yet cheesy on the top! Yummm!

Help us to help Maya

We would like to invite you to help us making some fund for our dearest friend, Maya. Like others, we really want her to shines on Mother's Day, be happy and enjoy the moment she still has. Maya Ernawaty is happily married and blessed with a gorgeous child. Maya, is diagnosed for Lymph cancer (Lymphoma - Cancer of the lymph nodes) now spending her time for chemotherapy. However, we don't want to let the cancer ruin her happiness forever. The cause for this donation is to ease her pain by collecting some fund for her to get better treatment.
